With an impressive record of 4.8 million collision-free miles, he has set a high standard for excellence in the trucking industry, inspiring both new and experienced drivers alike.

Gerald’s impact extends far beyond his impeccable driving record. Over the past 24 years, he has trained and mentored more than 200 drivers, shaping the next generation of trucking professionals with his technical expertise, strong work ethic, and deep respect for the industry. His dedication has earned him multiple accolades, including Trainer of the Year, Trainer of the Month, and Driver of the Month. Originally from Jamaica, Gerald’s journey into trucking began with a passion for mechanics, which led him to excel in aircraft engineering before finding his true calling on the open road. Despite his personal success, he remains committed to uplifting others, both within the industry and in his community.
