CVTA Thanks Ryan Snyder for his Service at FMCSA
CVTA thanks Ryan Snyder for his service at the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. Ryan is leaving the agency to join the Truck Renting and Leasing Association, and CVTA is grateful for the support he gave the training community during his time at FMCSA.
Ryan was a strong supporter of the goals of CVTA's ELDT Task Force. He listened to the schools that train the nation's commercial drivers, made sure their perspective reached agency leadership, and helped move important priorities forward. For the ELDT Task Force and for CVTA members, that kind of engagement matters.
Ryan also shared CVTA's broader goal of building a better regulatory environment for truck driver training, one that rewards quality, holds bad actors accountable, and puts safer drivers on the road. His open, constructive approach helped advance that work at an important time for the industry.
CVTA is proud to have worked with Ryan and wishes him continued success at TRALA.
