Keynote remarks and featured speakers anchor the program, including senior executives, workforce experts, and distinguished guests such as a Medal of Honor recipient. Panels and presentations examine how organizations can move from intent to impact by aligning leadership commitment, culture, and data-driven workforce strategies. Special award presentations and veteran spotlights further highlight excellence and innovation in veteran hiring and retention.
